Fast SPI Graphic LCD Library for LPC1769

I'm seeking an experienced embedded systems programmer to create or share a high-performance library for interfacing a Graphic LCD (with ST7735S controller) with an LPC1769 microcontroller via SPI.

Please DO NOT share or offer libraries can be found easily on the web. They are not fast (maybe 3 frame per second). I am looking for a speed over minimum 15 fps. I've even seen some examples demonstrating 27 fps.
I need the library written in C.
