ESP32 Low power event logger

We want the ESP32-S2 to always work in Deep-Sleep with RTC timer so that it reaches a consumption of 20uA and only enters Active mode if it receives an interruption from any input, performs its function with respect to the activated input, saves in the EEPROM memory a log of the event with time and date, and then returns to Deep-Sleep mode.
