ESP32-CAM Stream Control System Design

I'm looking for a skilled developer to design a control system for 22 ESP32-CAMs. The system should display all camera streams on a single web-based interface, compatible with Windows OS. Below each stream, there should be a 3-position toggle switch. These switches need to control a 32-channel relay board over WiFi, using the Modbus protocol.

Key Requirements:
- Static ESP32-CAM streaming code
- Modbus and relay modules code
- Full setup code for the system
- Implement user authentication via username and password
