Development of a digital radio transmitter prototype

Job ID: 36382516

Budget: $25 – $50 USD

It is necessary to develop a prototype of a digital radio transmitter according to an open specification.

There is a specification for a digital data transfer protocol (rather simple). QPSK modulation is used for broadcasting (I can be wrong!).

There is a data receiver for this protocol, it can be used as a reference. The software of the receiver is open, so you can find answers to your questions in it. The receiver is made on Raspberry Pi + SDR receiver

It is necessary to create a prototype of the transmitter according to the specification and implement data transmission over the air "on the table".

Hardware is not regulated, but I think that Raspberry Pi + SDR tracer will be optimal

Workload:
1. Understand the specification
2. Implement transmitter
3. Check on the stand
4. Modify the receiver software to an unlicensed frequency so that you can check the operation "on street" (this item is optional)

For some reason, I’m sure that ready-made implementations of the protocol can be found on the open spaces of the network ...

I'll post the details to personal chat!
