Development of Circuit and Code for Energy Measurement with STPM10 and NodeMCU (Proteus)

I need an experienced professional to develop a project using:

STPM10: IC for energy measurement.
NodeMCU (ESP8266): Microcontroller with WiFi.
Nokia 5110 Display: For displaying measurements.
Proteus Software: For circuit simulation.
Tasks to be Completed:

Circuit in Proteus:

Integrate STPM10, NodeMCU, and Nokia 5110 Display.
Configure SPI communication between NodeMCU and STPM10.
Code Development:

Write code in C/C++ (Arduino IDE) to:
Configure the STPM10 for current and voltage measurement.
Display the values on the Nokia 5110 Display.
Transmit data via WiFi to a web server.
Simulation and Validation:

Simulate the circuit in Proteus and validate its operation.
Requirements:

Experience with Proteus simulations and NodeMCU programming.
Knowledge of energy measurement ICs, especially the STPM10.
Deliverables:

Proteus project file (.pdsprj).
Complete source code (.ino).
