Develop OTG Adapter + BLE

Project is to develop an OTG adapter. with separate BLE functions. The OTG adapter is the BLE power source.

1. Develop OTG adapter with C Type 3.1 and Micro USB connectors.

2. Add BLE module, CO2, Temperature sensors.with OTG as it's power source
