Custom PCILeech-Compatble FPGA Firmware Development

I'm looking for an experienced FPGA firmware developer to build a custom PCILeech-compatible firmware for a Screamer PCIe Squirrel (35T, 75T, 100T, M2, ZDMA, or GBOX) DMA card.
The firmware should offer full device emulation, including authentic PCIe configspace, BAR support, and real endpoint behavior. It must be optimized for stealth, stability, and high compatibility, and should pass driver scans and remain undetectable in sensitive environments.
What the Firmware Should Include:
1:1 Real PCIe Device Emulation
Full BAR & Configspace Support
Successful drvscan compatibility
No “yellow triangle” (fully emulated endpoint)
HWID-locked firmware (firmware bound to individual card DNA)
Compatible with PCILeech + Screamer Squirrel bitstreams
Rapid delivery and responsive support
Ideal Developer Has:
Extensive experience in FPGA development (especially Xilinx 7-Series)
Deep knowledge of PCIe protocol, device enumeration, and configspace
Prior work with PCILeech, DMA tools, or custom bitstream development
Ability to implement stealthy and undetectable firmware design
Proficiency in Verilog, VHDL, and possibly some embedded C
Experience with anti-reverse engineering or obfuscation techniques is a bonus
