Create Plugins and Arduino codes for Motion Simulator

We are looking for someone with experience in writing plugins for motion simulators. We also need new Arduino codes from time to time to program new movements of the simulators. We are looking for someone to work together for a long time and not just once. You should have experience in programming but also in electronics.
