5 Channel MPU Signal Processer

Looking for help designing a device with will read 5 separate, isolated signals from passive sensors. The primary variable is frequency(50Hz - 25kHz, 0.05VPP - 30VPP) and rate of change, then voltage RMS, Peak, and Ohms from each of the inputs. The device must be fast and responsive and robust as it will be used on a real time control applications.
Device will need 4 Ethernet ports, two that are switched, the other two must be isolated. 5 SPDT dry contact relay outputs for alarms, one CANBUS port and one RS485 Modbus port.
Device should have a dual core microprocessor running an RTOS with one core dedicated to real-time data requests and the other core supporting the configuration environment and web sever.
Communications interfaces supported with be EtherCAT, Etherner/IP (IO messaging), CANBUS, Modbus and a custom UDP protocol.
