Wi-Fi Captive Portal for RTL8720DN

I require a Wi-Fi captive portal system for a Realtek RTL8720dn microcontroller. The primary function of this system is user authentication through a simple username and password process.
The ideal freelancer for this project should have extensive experience with the RTL8720dn microcontroller, and expertise in creating Wi-Fi captive portal systems.
A specific design for the user interface is not necessary. A default template will suffice. The only important thing is it must be able to redirect users to Captive Portal
The current RTL8720dn Arduino library does not have DNS Server library, which is needed for Captive Portal to work, so you might need to rewrite the library or port it from another board.
The captive portal MUST runs on Realtek RTL8720dn board, not ESP8266 or ESP32.
