Camera USB Hub PCB Design

Job ID: 40133958

Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

I’m building a small sensor-interface board that lets an OV9281 1 MP grayscale camera stream 120 fps video to a host while an RP2040 microcontroller shares the same USB 2.0 link. The plan is to base the hub section on a CH334F (or any pin-compatible High-Speed USB 2.0 hub you prefer) so both the camera and the MCU appear as separate devices to the computer.

What I need from you is a full KiCad project that I can send straight to fabrication:

• A complete, error-free schematic showing the OV9281, RP2040, hub, power rails, clock sources and ESD/EMI protection.
• A four-layer (or better) PCB layout with controlled-impedance differential pairs for D+/D-, matched trace lengths to the camera , and sensible placement for thermals.
• Production files: Gerbers, drill, pick-and-place, annotated BOM, and 3D board/step files.

Please keep the board compact (25mm x 25 mm), if needed more than 1 pcb can be connected together, follow the USB 2.0 High-Speed routing guidelines, and make sure the RP2040 can be flashed over the same USB connector the hub exposes. I’ll review the design in KiCad 7, run DRC/ERC, and check signal integrity constraints before signing off.
