CODESYS Control Programming for DAF System

I need a skilled CODESYS programmer to develop a control program for a Diffused Air Filter (DAF) system.

Key Requirements:
- Maintain a constant water level using VFDs for two sets of master/slave pumps.
- Control chemical dosage for two chemical pumps.
- Integrate and monitor pH, flow, and turbidity/TSS sensors (two sets).
- Process data logging.
- Real-time error/alarm notifications via email, text, and audio/visual alerts.
- Start/stop logic based on alarm conditions.
-WEG PLC cMT3102X HMI & WEG PROGRAMMABLE CONTROLLER PLC500
-Provide full HMI Design, process diagram from provided P&ID diagrams, layout (including graphics and screen structure) for the DAF process.
-Sensor protocol 4-20mA
-EtherNet/IP between HMI and PLC

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in CODESYS V3.5 SP19 or higher.
- Experience in water level control and chemical dosing systems.
- Knowledge of sensor integration and data logging.
- Strong background in real-time monitoring and alert systems.
