Build me a hydroponic farm automation using microcontrollers

Hi there, This project is about the automation of my hydroponic farm, I Have attached a block diagram about what things have to be automated, such as a timer-based relay to control the on/off function, and the day-night cycle of EC/Ph management of Nutrient solution based on a feedback loop, Temp and humidity control of the entire system.
