I need a software expert who can assist in developing a software that will specifically be used for communication between microcontrollers.
We are looking for a smart person/company who will be able to guide us to make the right software and help us source the right hardware for the purpose of creating an application.

We wish to take a portable camera connected to a smartphone and stream the live footage to a cloud environment using P-t-P, we also wish to remotely control the camera by the functionalities it might have for example zoom in and out, night vision and other things like that.
