Board IoT mqtt

i need to develop a board with the following features:

- the board must have a power input 9-30 volt DC
- N. 3 relays
- dip switch to select switch or button operating mode
- each relay must be capable of being controlled by an external physical switch
- send relays state via mqtt to my broker
- choose between lan/wifi operating mode (not simultaneously)
