Baitboat autopilot with microcontroller and flysky receiver and trasmitter

I am looking for a freelancer to develop an autopilot system for baitboats with specific requirements. The ideal candidate should have experience with microcontrollers and be familiar with the Arduino platform.

Requirements:
- Range: The desired range for the ship's autopilot system is approximately 300 meters.
- Functions: In addition to basic autopilot functions, the system should include GPS navigation capabilities. The autopilot system should be able to control the boat's movement and have the ability to automatically release the bait.
-Possibility of connecting to smartphone via wifi, PWM connection for magnets
Skills and experience:
- Knowledge in programming microcontrollers, especially Arduino
- Experience in GPS navigation integration.
- Knowledge of baitboat autopilot systems and their functionality.
- Recording and selecting points on the remote control
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
