Automatic ESP32 firmware flasher based on Raspberry Pi.

I distribute an IOT product that is sold fully flashed.
Therefore I have built an automatic flasher for 5 IOT devices (hardware side).
The core is a Raspberry Pi 4 and connected to it via a Waveshare Hub are 5 OLimex ESP32 Flashers.
Each of the flasher should independently flash the firmware and the images that are on a USB stick to the 5 ESP32.
The task in this project is to deliver a complete solution.
A concept how the flashing should work and the implementation from the selection of the RPI image, to the complete configuration so that the RPI automatically flashed the image and the firmware to each ESP32 that is connected.
The time that may elapse until the Pi recognizes the new ESP32 must not exceed 2sec.
As long as I don't add any other tasks, I don't renegotiate later.
So please only serious offers.
The flasher should be ready for use at the end of October.
