Automated letter box
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I am looking to build an automated letter box with notification alert features. The box I already have (old packing machine control panel).
I would like to use my existing Ai Thinker esp32 Cam (OV2640) to take a picture when an item is detected via a laser rangefinder communicating via spi (VL53L0X) and send the picture to my 'Home Assistant' running on a raspberry pi 4 and also a push notification to my phone.
When an item is detected I would like to use a digital output to drive an external led that will pulse at 5hz until I press a physical reset button on the panel connected to a digital input
