I am seeking an experienced freelancer to help me with a project involving an ARM Cortex-M4 microcontroller. The core objectives of this project are to read and write to LF (Low Frequency) RFID tags, read weight data from a load cell, and interact with a RESTful API to upload the collected data. Here's what I am looking for in a freelancer:

**Key Requirements:**
- Proficiency in programming ARM Cortex-M4 microcontrollers.
- Experience with UART communication protocol for integrating RFID readers and load cells.
- Familiarity with LF RFID technology, including best practices for reading and writing to LF RFID tags.
- Ability to interface with load cells to accurately read weight data.
- Experience in calling RESTful APIs from microcontrollers to send data to a server.

**Ideal Skills and Experience:**
- Strong background in embedded systems and IoT solutions.
- Previous projects involving RFIDs and load cells.
- Knowledge of HTTP protocols and web services.
- Efficiency in debugging and troubleshooting hardware/software integration issues.
- Ability to provide guidance on hardware selection and setup, if needed.

**Project Goals:**
- Implement reliable RFID read/write operations to LF tags.
- Accurately measure and transmit weight data from a load cell.
- Ensure smooth and secure data transmission to a web service via RESTful API calls.

Please note: We can't send the microcontroller outside country. The RFID is connected via USB and also the loadcell via USB. You need to find a way to implement the solution remotely.
