What pathogens affect dogs and cats and horses but do not affect humans?

Rank these animal pathogens regarding the public knowledge of these pathogens. For example, you could use Google, and list the number of hits on Google. Or Reddit. Or Facebook. A simple list of pathogens and number of hits and any of your comments.

Send the results to me of Milestone 1. We will agree to limit the tests we perform to those pathogens which are well known by the public, are safe for us to perform in our laboratory, and have relatively low cost deactivated pathogens to buy and test.

List the common tests to perform to test these specific pathogens

Find scientific papers which specifically use the test on that specific pathogen

Find rigorous tutorials which describe the step by step testing of these pathogens. Upload these tutorial documents.

Comment on the steps and equipment to provide safety for our workers in our laboratory. (Of course these pathogens are not zoonotic, but many of our workers live with cats and dogs.) Comment on the tutorial in general. You may put your notes inside the documents if you wish and highlight the text of the tutorials

Why not write a simple list of the machines and devices in a standard laboratory for antimicrobial testing, such as the machines in the last laboratory you worked in.

Find vendors for the deactivated pathogens for testing. Use Ebay, Amazon, internet and list the urls of specific vendors web pages describing the deactivated animal pathogens.

Milestone 3 : Budget $10

Is the CLSI standard the only standard we need to follow when preparing the report of the results of our testing? Note that as a USA company that must observe USA government practises, Are there any other significant standards besides CLSI? Please send a couple examples of CLSI type reports.

I like counting pathogens and characterizing pathogens using software programs like ImageJ. Please try to find sample reports which include photos of the counted particles, image analysis photos, from ImageJ and other software. Should I presume that ImageJ would be acceptable to most scientists? Possibly accepted by the Environmental Protection Agency?
