Key Tasks:
- Analyze microbiome data (7 treatments, in triplicates = 21 sample, 16S rRNA sequencing third-generation).
Ideal candidates should have:
- Proven experience with microbiome data analysis and function prediction.
- Strong understanding of alpha and beta diversity basics in Micriobiome studies.
- Excellent data visualization and presentation skills.
