Comparative analysis of microbial laboratory tests
Budget: $250 – $750 NZD
We are looking for someone to write a comparative analysis that considers the advantages and disadvantages of using Presence Absence tests for E. coli and Total Coliforms compared to quantitative methods (in particular Colilert Quanti-tray MPN system).

We need the risks of using Presence Absence tests for E. coli to identified and associated risk reduction or mitigation strategies documented.
Our key objective from this analysis to demonstrate that Presence Absence E. coli tests provide the same or a higher level of monitoring for faecal indicators over laboratory based tests.
We expect a report to be approximately 1500 -2000 words in length and to be well referenced.
