tradingview pine script coder

I'd like to hire a pine script coder to develop a screener on tradingview. All it needs to do is screen when a stock/forex/crypto has a MACD histogram color that is the same for the weekly chart as well as the daily chart (I'd like to be able to interchange the timeframes from weekly and daily to other timeframes if I so choose). To simplify, if the MACD histogram is green on weekly, and it's also green on daily, then it would appear on the scanner. Same if the histogram is red on both timeframes. I'd like it to refresh in real time or if that's not an option, to have the ability to refresh it on the scanner. I do have a particular MACD histogram indicator that I prefer and if it's possible to incorporate it into the scanner, I'd be happy to use it.
