reconpile and source or and or turn into an EA

im pausing the other project for a moment to get this one done.
i plan on posting work for the rest of the year.
looking to develop a relationship instead of an one off.
i have this indicator i would like to turn into an EA
CAN ANYONE HERE TURN THIS INTO AN EA?
its buy and sell arrows currently named "switch"
it works with the "tetragram" which has an authentication code and is another indicator.
the switch doesnt work without it.
i would like the same or some way to protect it once i sell it if i do.
i would like to add all the other obvious parameters that other ea have like filters. no trade on news , avoid holidays, percentage reach stop trading, multi close, multi open, break even etc
if project needs more money just let me know but should be very simple
