need pop-up box and audible alarm added to my indicator

This is a Darvas box indicator. I need an audible alarm to be added so when a blue or green dot or arrow paints on a chart I get an audible alert and pop-up box that identifies the chart and that it is a buy signal. If a red dot or arrow is painted on the chart I also get a audible alert and a pop-up box that identify the chart the signal is on and that it is a sell signal. I will supply a picture and the indicator when I award the job. I also need this completed ASAP.
