I need a meta trader coding expert

I want an indicator that uses a combination of 200EMA, 50EMA and swing highs or swing low to indicate when to buy or sell. Basically I want a buy signal when the 50 EMA crosses above the 200 EMA and there is a swing low. The swing low parameters should be flexible so for instance I want to be able to decide how many candles on either side of the swing low happens before its considered a swing low. For example I get a buy signal if the 50EMA is above the 200EMA and there is a swing low with 30 candles above on the left and 30 above it on the right. I am happy to go into more detail if someone is interested in this project.
