I need an indicator for Ninjatrader 8 that calculates and shows in real time

I need an indicator for Ninjatrader 8 that calculates and shows in real time (NOT when the bar close) how long it takes a range bar to complete and compare it to a simple moving average calculated from the last N bars.The update frequency should be each half second. Possibly the plots should be available for the utilization in strategies.
