meta trader custom indicator expert

HI my name is Aubrey Makau from South Africa. I would like a custom indicator that print zone lines on the chart every day. Firstly on the hourly chart take the first 2 candles of the day and from the highest high of the 2 candles add 25 pips, 50 pips and 75 pips and mark the three levels on the chart. Then take the lowest low of the 2 candles and subtract 25 pips, 50 pips and 75 pips and mark the levels on the chart.
The indicator had to be able to calculate a give accurate levels on all pairs and indices.. taking into consideration that there are different decimals on most pairs.
