fix ninjatrader strategy

I have an NT Strategy that functions correctly on the first trade, but not on any subsequent trades. I need an experienced professional to fix this issue. Specifically, the trailing stop and target are properly set in the strategy parameters, and after the price moves in our favor by 11 ticks, a stop loss appears 1 tick above/below the entry, as expected. However, on all subsequent trades, the target appears but no trailing stop does, and an unexpected stop loss appears 20 ticks below the entry.
