custom thinkscript indicator

I have a very simple indicator I want to create that requires price levels that will be manually inputted. I want it to work on multiple timeframes. I want a buy signal or sell signal to appear on the screen when price closes above or below a level depending on where price is. I will give more criteria for the signals. I want the option to have two price levels to appear as a rectangle(zone) on the screen or just have one singular price level line. the criteria will still apply to both. I will attach images of examples of how I want the indicator to look and where the signals will take place. basically I want it to alert bounces and continuations off of the levels that I give it and display it on the screen as a buy/sell signal. example 5 min close above/below will be the criteria or which ever timeframe you choose. if price is creating a choppy pattern with alternating closes above and below the level you used it will wait for a bullish/bearish break of structure or change of character to give the appropriate signal.
