Example 4) Setting the target trailing stop monitoring condition
The timing of trailing stop monitoring varies depending on whether the target is used. If you check Use Target Price and enter a target price of 20 ticks, trailing monitoring will be performed when the price rises by more than 20 ticks after starting monitoring.
If you enter a stop order price of 10 ticks when falling during trailing monitoring, the stop order price will be set when the price falls 10 ticks from the high price.
Set target trailing stop monitoring conditions
(Image description - How to monitor the target price and trailing stop)
'Target price trailing stop' monitoring begins when the current price rises and the target price exceeds 20 ticks (KRW 1,353,000).
After monitoring begins, the high point is updated according to the price (KRW 1,363,000), and if the price falls by 10 ticks again, a trailing stop order is executed at KRW 1,353,000, 10 ticks above the high price.
Set target trailing stop monitoring conditions
10. Automatic calculation of asking price
The [Stop Loss] screen automatically calculates the monitoring conditions set by the user in units of [tick], [won], and [%] to provide an accurate monitoring price.
If the monitoring condition price set by the user does not match the transaction price unit, it is automatically corrected in the settings window. Please refer to the example below for how the surveillance price is calculated.
Example 1) Stop-loss monitoring standard price: KRW 63,300 (KOSPI items)
The asking price unit for KOSPI items over KRW 50,000 to under KRW 100,000 is KRW 100.
The profit zone monitoring price is rounded up to the asking price.
[%] Unit: The price added by 11.76% to the monitoring standard price is rounded up to the asking price unit.
Surveillance price: Surveillance standard price + 11.76% (7,444.08) = KRW 70,744.08 > Apply rounding => KRW 70,800
[KRW] Unit: The entered price is rounded up to the asking price unit.
Monitoring price: KRW 68,888 > Apply rounding => KRW 68,900
The monitoring price in the loss zone is applied by lowering the asking price.
[%] Unit: The price minus 11.76% from the monitoring standard price is rounded down to the asking price unit.
Surveillance price: Surveillance standard price - 11.76% (7,444.08) = KRW 55,855.92 > Apply rounding down => KRW 55,800
[KRW] Unit: The entered price is rounded down to the asking price unit.
Monitoring price: KRW 61,111 > Applying rounding down => KRW 61,100
