adding news filter to my expert advisor to stop trading and enable after

I would like my expert advisor to have the following added:
the ability to disable the ea x minutes before high, medium, low or speakers event. they should be parameters where i can select which news to disable the alerts on. the minutes parameter should stop the ea x minutes before the news and start x minutes after
