Update a EA -- 3

As discussed please update the EA you previously made for me:
1. add to the buy/sell rules flatback heiken ashi candles. Buy when you have a white flaback and sell when you have a red flatback
2.Remove the MACD completely. The EA now uses the MACD for TP so I would like to replace it with ATR
3. Add a 2nd start and end time
