URGENT Pine Script indicator and strategy

I have a strategy that I would like to have created in Pine Script for TradingView. It is not a indicator where you just combine a couple of technical indicators. It's more something like: on Monday on 9:30am, if price is higher than price in the past, we go long etc.
Is this something you can develop in a short time period, please let me know. I am looking for 3 indicators in total, so if this project is successful, we can do the other 2 projects too.
