Tradingview Indicator and Tradingview report extraction (customizable fundamental screening)

My project is divided into 2 faces, first of all, i made a view for two indicators that i need to turn into a single indicator in tradingview, so i will use a single indicator slot for both indicators.
- 1st indicator, there are four indicators combined, and i need to turn everything in a single indicator.
- 2nd indicator, there are two indicators combined, and i need to turn everything in a single indicator.
2nd project phaze:
I need to extract all data from the charts based on a watchlist, to create a fundamental screening. EX. Open price, close price, max.,min. / VWAPs value / indicators value BY TIMEFRAME / etc...
In the fundamental screening, i do need customizable columns to create some logical test ; data doesn`t need to be real time ( i'm thinking about running it twice a day)
* if it's possible, an alternative for the screening is extracting chart data to excel and compilate everything on it fully automatable, so i can run logical tests on it.

If it's possible, please provide me hours estimative and the development budget.
