TradingView RSI divergence indicator with alerts -2

Hello,
I want to improve an open source indicator for TradingView.
The indicator is called divergence indicator which is not bad, I need this tasks:
1. For some reason it has delays. I have examples where it placed the divergence after a long time it happened - like an 1h (for a 30 minutes interval) or after 30 minutes for a 15 minutes interval. That is too late.
Or it placed it for a 30 minutes timeframe, but not for the 1h interval (although there was same divergence for 1h as well).
I have example: pictures and hours before (not showing it while the divergence is there) and after (showing it).
Ideal should work "fast" on all assets from TradingView, but I'm interested for speed in like 5 to 10 assets. By speed I mean it should show the divergence 1 - 2 minutes after it is produced (ideal no delay)..
Time frame - from 15 to 1day. Sure you can include 5 minutes as well as long the 1 - 2 minutes delay from above is respected (ideal no delay).
This will be checked
The above should be easy since the code is allready written.
However for some extra $$$ I considering this as well.
2. If possible show a possible divergence.
What do I mean by an example:
For a 1day divergence if there are 10 minutes until close sometimes is abvious that the divergence will made.
Sure since the candle for 1 day is not closed, it might not happen but I want to show it as possible.
If the divergence is made it will be changed from possible to made OR if not made it will be deleted.
Optional or after this project
3. Alerts via Telegram/email for 2 and 3.
I would also need instruction how to install it/use it on TradingView.
The indicator will be tested and money will be released only plugin is working, but money will be deposited on Freelancer after project is awared.
