I'm seeking a specialist with excellent skill sets in TradingView pinescript and strong understanding of financial markets. Your task will entail creating a custom indicator that plots both the 200-period Exponential Moving Average (EMA) and Simple Moving Average (SMA) on a TradingView chart and calculates the percentage distance from the current price to these averages.
Key Requirements:
- Develop an indicator that plots a 200-period EMA and a 200-period SMA.
- Calculate and display the percentage distance from the current price to these moving averages.
- Create an arrow, similar to the price range tool, which shows the percentage of averages either below or above the current price.
