Trading View buy sell indicator

I am looking for someone to create buy sell signals based on Tradingview indicator Trend Meter by Lij_Mc and a moving average. Attached pictures show white arrows where I would like the buy / sell labels. When all 7 indicators turn green and the candle closes above the yellow moving average buy label, when the candle closes below yellow moving average sell label. I would also like to be able to change the moving average from EMA or SMA and different lengths.
