Trading View Pine Script Development

I am in need of a skilled freelancer to assist with creating an indicator, an expert, and a dashboard scanner for trading view pine script. The requirements for these tools have not been specified in detail, encompassing a custom indicator, trading signals and historical data analysis.
To complete this project successfully, an interested freelancer should:
- Have relevant coding experience, especially in the development of dashboard scanner and trading view pine script.

Step 1) 4H - used to identify trend, is above 100 ma and has made at least one higher low and higher high and is above ATR (MA and ATR indicator will be provided) Option in indicator settings to change time frame. Default setting here is H4, but sequence as below is H4, H1, M15. If H1 is set here on this stage, then sequence will be H1, M15, M5
Step 2) H1 - alert when Choch (change of character) is to upside (Choch indicator will be provided)
Step 3) H1 - wait until High on the very swing is confirmed and pullback initiated (Confirmation of a valid High should be understood)
Step 4) H1 - wait for a Low on the pullback to be confirmed and that Low is higher or equal than previous swing Low.
Step 5) M15 - As soon as Low is confirmed on H1, go to M15 and wait for below to trigger
A) Due to recent confirmation of a valid Low on H1, check that 15 had recently formed a valid Low as well.
B) M15 makes a new higher low(open buy trade)
C) Candle has crossed ATR (Optional in settings)
Reverse for sells
I want 3 things:
1)dashboard in table form showing 7 above steps for 8 fx pairs
2) an indicator with arrows for entries
3) expert
