Tradestation Easy Language Indictor -- 2

Need an EasyLanguage code to calculate the number of bars since the last Moving Average Crossover. This could be developed as an indicator that I should be able to add to the RadarScreen and see the list of all stocks with this value. If slow MA crosses above fast MA then the value should be positive. If slow MA crosses below fast MA then the value should be negative. The number of bars should exclude any holidays when the market is closed. ". Please let me know if you are ok and how long will you take to deliver the solution.
