Tradestation Easy Language Indictor

Need an EasyLanguage code to calculate the number of bars since the last Moving Average Crossover. This could be developed as an indicator that I should be able to add to the RadarScreen and see the list of all stocks with this value. If slow MA is above fast MA then the value should be positive. If slow MA is below fast MA then the value should be negative else zero
