TradeStation Developer for equities and options strategy

We are a start-up seeking to use TradeStation as a platform for options and equity trading.
We need to be able to identify purchase candidates and then upload orders in bulk (with stop loss and stop gain orders) coupled with the ability to change orders as needed.
We have prepared specifications (as we have backtested our strategies).
