Thinkorswim Indicator for False Moves

1. Indicator needed on TOS for false breakouts and breakdowns on new highs and lows on any time frame - this should be customizable
2. For example in RTH since market opened, a 10 min candle has high of 21000 and low of 20980. The indicator needs to trigger whenever the next 10 min candle closes above 21000 or below 20980. The indicator should adjust to time frame as selected. It should work on the regular trafing hours window 9:30ET TO 4ET.
3. Indicator should trigger everytime new high or new low is created and the next candle closes below low of the new high OR closes below high of the candle that made new Low.
3. Turaround time needs to be quick since it should be quite straightforward - Maximum 2-3 business days
