Simple Multi Timeframe TradingView Indicator + Alert

Need a Pine Script Indicator for Trading View that sends alerts if Candle Body closed above or below the previous Candle's High or Low on 2 timeframes.
For example, if Daily candle closed above the prev candle's high + the 1 hour timeframe closed above the prev candle's high, send alert.
I also want alerts disabled for certain directions. For example, I don't want to be alerted further if Daily Candle closed lower and 1 hour closed lower if on the Daily timeframe Stochastics is Oversold. If Stochastics is oversold on the daily timeframe, I only want to be alerted when the Daily and 1 hour candle close above the prev candle's high
I'd like there to be an option to Enable/Disable Stochastics
For example, if Daily candle closed above the prev candle's high + the 1 hour timeframe closed above the prev candle's high, send alert.
I also want alerts disabled for certain directions. For example, I don't want to be alerted further if Daily Candle closed lower and 1 hour closed lower if on the Daily timeframe Stochastics is Oversold. If Stochastics is oversold on the daily timeframe, I only want to be alerted when the Daily and 1 hour candle close above the prev candle's high
