Show Alert That Missed Between tick scan period

Finding the missed signal between a scan period.

There is a signal scanner indicator. There, after several ticks, we have set the value to scan the currency pairs. (We need it because the performance of the machine gets affected due to that)

So, need to keep the tick difference while giving the missed signal alert in next scan(after tick value).

Taking the missed signal during the tick scan is the job.
