Semi-automated EA modification request

I have a semi-automated expert advisor I would like to have modifications done to. The original developers took much to long for this project. So I am looking for another programmer. This EA is basically completed. I have provided the original documents from the EA called the Ratio Scale trader, the Size Calculator, and the Instructions document which explains the modification. Additionally I have prepared a brief video which gives an overview how it works, and explains the modifications requested.
Once you have viewed the video and modifications document, if you are interested in the project, I can send you the EA and source code to review in order to provide me an estimate cost for the job.
