I will work with two indicators. Keltner Channel and Moving Average (EMA).
The EMA is configured with red and green colors according to its direction.
The intention is just to change the color of the EMA to yellow at the moment it is passing through the Keltner Channel.
Basically repainting a Moving Average. Only that.
