RSI divergence indicator

Hello,
I want to improve an open-source indicator for TradingView.
The indicator is called divergence indicator which is not bad, I need these tasks:
1. For some reason it has delays. I have examples where it placed the divergence after a long time it happened - like a 1h (for a 30-minute interval) or after 30 minutes for a 15-minute interval. That is too late.
Or it placed it for a 30-minute timeframe, but not for the 1h interval (although there was some divergence for 1h as well).
I have examples: pictures and hours before (not showing it while the divergence is there) and after (showing it).
Ideal should work "fast" on all assets from TradingView, but I'm interested in speed in like 5 to 10 assets. By speed I mean it should show the divergence 1 - 2 minutes after it is produced (ideal no delay)..
Time frame - from 15 to 1 day. Sure you can include 5 minutes as well as long the 1 - 2 minute delay from above is respected (ideal no delay).

2. Alerts via Telegram or *direct in the indicator in TW*
The alerts can also be shown in TW. For example it should show AMD, MSFT, US500, EURUSD, TSLA with an X (close) next to them. This should show that there is a divergence made (or point b) on that asset. Once I close AMD, in the list should appear the next one. So if I close AMD it should show now MSFT, US500, EURUSD, TSLA, ETSY.
I don't have a paid account with TW - so only 1 alert is available.
However, I would like to know if you can make it, using only one alert on TW, to receive multiple alerts on Telegram.
For example, if there is a divergence on 15 minutes and 30 minutes, I receive 1 alert for the 15 minutes (using the free 1 alert from TW) and after that the 30 minutes alert (using the same 1 free alert from TW). Once the free alert on TW rings, you can set up another one.
a. Actually, I shouldn't set up alerts. The script should know once a divergence is made and send me an alert. This is for different time frames and for different assets (not so many, but I should know how to change them: add new assets or remove new assets - the number of assets shouldn't be limited).
There should be also an option:
If YES - then the indicator sends alerts. If set to NO, no alerts should be sent. I will change this in the code due to my needs.
There should also be a line where I set up the hours when to receive the alerts. Start: 00 to 24. If I change 00 to 01 the indicator will send alerts only from 01 am to 24. Reason for this: I don't trade all day. There is no point in receiving alerts when not trading.
Note: point b is more important than a
b. Also, can the alerts be sent when an asset has an RSI under 30 or above 70 for all the timeframes 1, 5, 15, 30 and 1h?
I would also need instructions on how to install it/use it on TradingView.
The indicator will be tested and money will be released only if the plugin is working, but money will be deposited on Freelancer after the project is awarded.
