Programing Trading view indicator

Want to program a Trading indicator that can be used in tradingview app. The user can by and add the indicator after paying fees. This indicator will capture 4 variables ( RSI/MACD/CMF....etc) for 4 crypto currencies + the one on chart and propose entry and exit points for a trade.
