Previous Day Close Strategy

I would like an EA created for the TD Ameritrade Think or Swim platform based on previous day close price. Must know how to code for this platform. I would like the previous day close price marked with a yellow line at price action. The market closes everyday at 4 pm EST so this yellow line should form once close price is done. Then the next day, I want to mark the high and low of the first candle to cross the previous day's closing price with red lines. Then if a candle breaks above the high of current day's red price line then open a buy at the right lot size based on funds available for trading. However, if a candle breaks below the low of current day's red price line then open a sell at the right lot size based on funds available for trading. I have not figured out the closing process yet, but I should have that soon.
